The Single Minded

Have you’ve graduated college and now you’re on your own?

Did your last relationship not work out, leaving you alone?

Are you looking for a career, a place to belong, or a home?

Sometimes it feels like being single is a curse. We often feel that we don’t have a place either inside or outside the church. But God has given us a very important mission during this blessed season of our lives, however long that season may last. God wants us to follow Him with a single-minded focus and, in doing so, bring glory to the kingdom of heaven (Matt. 19:12). Setting aside worry and self-pity, we are to seek the path of a disciple and learn from our Lord how to best serve His Body, the Church.

In the midst of this ambition, I’ve found many scenarios that we singles face, from loneliness to self-esteem to (for those fresh out of college) developing basic life skills. In this site I have collected links to resources that I hope will help you or someone you know navigate the swift waters of singleness and maintain a single-minded spirituality that glorifies God.

Keep your head up! You are a valuable part of the kingdom of heaven. And God wants to use you, where you are, in His master plan.

                                Be God’s!
